It is possible that your skin type may change over time. Your type depends on your water intake (elasticity), geographical location (elements), natural oil creation (softness), and sensitivity!
Normal Skin is skin that is not too dry and not too oily, normal skin has:

READ THE LABEL! That is the most important advice we can give you. The first few listed ingrediants are usually the ones that are the main ones used and if you cannot pronouce it...... you probably want to stay away from it.

Wash your face twice a day

Moisturize your face twice a day!
Now how easy is that? Those are the basics and are the easiest steps for you to take.

Adding in a toner and sunscreen (yes everyone needs sunscreen) in the morning and you will have a 4 step process.

Adding an oil cleanser, detox mask, toner, and sleep mask will give you a 6 step approach at night. Why do I need to do more at night? Because that is the time that you let your skin rest and rejuvenate and prepare for the next day's work.
