•••• Bedtime Blessings, can be used anytime you need to end your day in peace and tranquility. This scrub is specifically made to soothe and relax those aching muscles after a long day. Make this scrub a part of your calming bedtime routine. Our lightly scented lavender scrub can be used on hands, feet, elbows, legs, or any places where some special TLC is needed.

Directions
1: To dispense, use a clean, dry, small spoon. Each scrub is preserved with a natural preservative, but for a longer shelf life for your purchase, we suggest NOT introducing any unnecessary moisture if at all possible.
2: Apply scrub over the area to be exfoliated (in the bath tub, shower, or even bath/kitchen sink).
3: Rub as vigorously as you choose.
4: Rinse any remaining scrub from your body.
5: Finally, pat the area dry with a soft towel.
6: Recap your scrub and store in a cool dark place.
Note(s): Please be careful as some scrubs can make bath surfaces slippery. Also, over exfoliation can damage your skin so please exfoliate responsibly (lightly and only a few times a week). Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
